The aesthetic renovation of the DC11 is evident in the exteriors and in the carefully planned interiors: new and racier window system, such as the fibreglass roll bar.
No changes in the consolidated and appreciated deep-V-shaped bottom, that confirms its effectiveness at sea. Its excellent performances are obtained without sacrificing the internal habitability or the open-air spaces.
On the roomy fly-bridge there is the second steering position, with a fibreglass sofa for three people. The stern area of the fly can be used as sun deck for some people; the same goes for the main deck, where a stead grab rod reaches the bowsprit netting and has a walk-way that gives air and light to the shipowner's cabin.
COCKPIT AND BRIDGE
The elegant teak-covered cockpit is equipped with a comfortable U-shaped bench with peaks below.
Astern there is the new teak-covered bathing platform with the room for the life raft, the outside shower and the boarding ladder.
LOWER DECK
Entering the saloon of the two-cabin version we can see a change: on the starboard, opposite the L-shaped sofa, the kitchen has been replaced by a comfortable longitudinal sofa with oval table. The elevated steering position has a double sofa -with fridge- for the pilot and the copilot. Such version sacrifices the bunk beds cabin for the kitchen area, but in this way the saloon is as comfortable and elegant as the ones of longer yachts, thanks also to the new and luxury coverings.
The kitchen is just by the side of the stairs to the night-time area; it's equipped with hob, 80-litre fridge, round sink, chests of drawers and several cupboards.
Below deck there is the shipowner's big cabin with double bed, wardrobe, drawers and private bathroom with WC and shower; the guest double or twin-bedded cabin has a wardrobe; the bathroom is opposite.
